If an order is canceled after payment is processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
