Refund policy

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
Because our items are handmade and produced in small batches, we do not accept returns for size preference, color variation, or change of mind.
Replacement or refund will be issued for confirmed damaged items
